 Excellent and efficient company
We have used Chris Saunders Associates for a number of years for a wide range of projects. These include domestic extensions to commercial development projects. The quality of the work and advice is always excellent. They are always helpful and respond quickly to any problems that may arise from planning to completeion. We have always found their fees very competitive and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Saunders Associates. We will be commissioning them in the new year for another project and I know it will be executed with the professionalism that we have come to expect.

I have to say the other review was charitable - we wouldn’t use this guy again if he was the only architect around!

This company has an excellent reputation in this area and solely relies on recommendation. Any body who is aggrieved by the service provided should discuss with the company rather than try to tarnish its reputation by making comments that have not been substantiated by this website as genuine and refuse to respond to emails regarding comments made. Come on ReviewDo dont hide provide a contact point so that issues can be discussed.

This guy has good people working for him to be fair. But if he thinks he can get away with it he will charge you through the nose, and then lie through his teeth when he’s caught out. If you do use him ALWAYS get a fixed price for every stage of work and then get everything he sa ..... more

These comments are unfair and not genuine comments as the people would make themselves known rather than hide behind silly names. Also reviewdo do not respond to emails regarding comments made on companies or have a link to speak to them. A sad website for sad people.
