I had been looking to go out for a meal on the 3rd of November and all the local places were fully booked. The Dairsie Inn had open bookings and I booked my girlfriend and myself in for the Saturday evening. Now we were both celebrating our 6th anniversary together so our hopes were very high indeed.

We were not disappointed. The service was excellent. I'd like to send my kind regards to the chef who even took time to serve us and she told us where some of the fresh ingredients had come from locally. All in all, it was a real pleasure to have gone there. 

We had 3 courses in all and the total cost was about £40 for us both which was reasonable indeed.

The website has decent pictures and a sample menu to look at before you commit to booking over the phone. This is something a lot of other restaurants need to do as I hate booking blind not knowing what I'm getting myself into. 

I'd definately recommend going here for a meal.
